Philip woks for the Environment Agency and is a chartered engineer with over 20 years’ experience within water and environment industries. Philip takes the national technical lead on water quality aspects of sewerage and combined sewer overflow strategy within the Environment Agency. Philip co-chairs the capacity assessment framework of the 21st century drainage programme and is a steering group member of the storm overflow workstream, which has developed a process to apply event duration monitoring data. Philip also represents the Environment Agency on the 21st century drainage programme board and is a committee member of CIWEMs urban drainage group.
