Gail Walker is the water policy team manager within the Consumer Futures Unit at Citizens Advice Scotland. Gail has 10 years’ experience in the water industry in Scotland representing the needs of consumers across a wide range of water related issues, particularly those who may be disadvantaged or vulnerable. Gail is responsible for coordinating the development of consumer-focused policy and works alongside the Scottish Government, regulators and service providers to identify how best to engage with and consider the needs of consumers. Gail’s background is in strategy and project management, spanning public, private and third sector industries including third world development, pensions and insurance, supply chain management and the NHS. Gail is a board member of the Scottish Flood Forum and a member of the Hydro Nation Forum.
